Maui Conference Message

Symposia Medicus has received a lot of questions and concerns regarding the recent wildfires on Maui. We have been working closely with the local hotel providers and wanted to provide you with an update on the status of our conference.

From our providers:

The wildfires have affected the region in many ways and may have raised uncertainties about travel to Maui. However, your event plays a part in contributing to the recovery of the island. Therefore, we kindly encourage you not to cancel your plans. By choosing to move forward with your attendance, you are supporting the local economy and well-being of the area. Your presence extends beyond the event itself and has a positive impact on the livelihoods of the people who call Maui home.

Even in these challenging times, the kindness and dedication of our team persists and they look forward to welcoming you with genuine Hawaiian hospitality. In the spirit of Aloha, we will work together to not only provide you with an outstanding experience, but to also support moving the town toward recovery.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during these unprecedented times. Your trust and participation is deeply valued, and we look forward to delivering an event that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

In light of all our communications we will be moving forward with the conference. Please join us in supporting the local hotels, the island, and its residents during this recovery period.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@symposiamedicus.org or call us at 925-969-1789.
