We are in the process of changing our Web Site and online registration system in order to serve you better.

In addition to registering online, you will have the ability to make changes to any current registrations, view registration and credit hour history, as well as receive access to additional online materials.

In order to faciliate these additional capabilities, we now require that you provide an email address and password before registering or accessing your online information.

If you have already created a user account on our site, please login in with your email address and password or use the "Register New User" button at the bottom of the page.

Note: If you registered for a conference starting in September 2011 or later your email address may have already been used to create an account for you. In that case, simply use the "Don't know your password?" link and an email will be sent to that email address allowing you to reset your password.
