PREGNANCY POLICY
If a pregnant guest has entered or will be entering their 24th week before or during the cruise, they are NOT ALLOWED to travel.
Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise. All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire upon check-in to ensure they are aware of our pregnancy policy.
MINIMUM AGE TO CRUISE
Children must be at least six months old by July 11, 2025, to cruise. Denial of boarding for children who do not satisfy this minimum age requirement may also result in the denial of boarding for one or more guests sailing with that child. No refunds will be given as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage child or other accompanying guests.
PASSPORT AND VISA INFORMATION
Passport Books (not Passport Cards) are REQUIRED for every passenger including children and infants. If you do not have a passport, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks to receive it after you complete and mail the application. Your passport cannot expire before January 16, 2026.
It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents and have them available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports, visas, inoculation certificates, and/or family legal documents are required for ship boarding and country entry and/or re-entry into the United States and other countries. Based on citizenship, many countries require an entry visa. |
Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship, or from entering a country, and may be subject to fines.
Note: No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.
For additional passport and visa requirements, visit the U.S. Department of State’s website at https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/
passports.html or Embassies (Consular Service Office) of each country on the sailing itinerary or Canada’s Citizenship and Immigration website at www.cic.gc.ca/.

IF YOU PURCHASE AIR ARRANGEMENTS ON YOUR OWN:
If you make your own air arrangements, you should allow a minimum of three hours from the time your flight arrives in Seattle to the time you must check-in at the ship (by 2:30pm). Note: Ship check-in begins at 10:30am and concludes at 2:30pm. Going home, you should allow at least three hours between when the ship disembarks in Seattle and your plane departs (disembarkation starts at approximately 7:00am). The three hours allow you time for ship clearance, customs clearance (if applicable), and airline security. You can also request to be one of the first groups to depart the ship by going to the Guest Relations Desk as soon as possible once you board the ship and letting them know that due to a tight airline schedule, you need to be included in the first group off the ship.
Symposia Medicus has arranged for discount fares with Alaska, Delta, and United airlines for this conference. DINING ABOARD SHIP
The Edge has four restaurant options in the Main Dining room: Cosmopolitan, Cyprus, Normandie, and Tuscan.
When you make your cruise reservations, you can request either Main dining (6:00pm), Late Dining (8:30pm), or Celebrity Select Plus Dining (6:00 - 9:30pm).
If you request Main dining (6:00pm) or Late Dining (8:30pm) you will automatically be assigned one of the four restaurants named above. You can request a change in restaurant once aboard the ship on the first day.
If you request Celebrity Select Plus Dining (6:00 - 9:30pm) you can make reservations in advance (by July 11, 2025) online with Celebrity or once aboard the ship on the first day. You will pick specific restaurants and times for your entire sailing.
Please inform us if you or your guests have any special food or dietary requirements and, for Main or Late Dining times, inform us of other cruise passengers (not occupants in your cabin) with whom you would like to sit. Your final dining assignment will be indicated in your eDocs, unless your requested dining time is not available (you will be waitlisted). If you are waitlisted, you can go to the Guest Relations Desk once you board the ship to see if you can change your dinner seating time.
If you reserved a suite, you are automatically booked for Main Dining in the specialty restaurant Luminae. If you have any requests or changes you will make them with your butler once aboard the ship.
For more information on dining options on this ship, please visit https://www.celebritycruises.com/edge/dining/
